FAQ

PROCESSING TIME:

After receiving cleared payment, Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days (most orders are shipped out the same business day if ordered before 6pm (EST).

*Orders made on Saturday will be shipped out Monday (Post Office closed on Sundays).

SHIPPING METHOD:

We ship via USPS First-Class Mail. Depending on location, it will take 2-8 business days to receive item after shipped.

International Shipping:

We do offer international shipping. The charge is $25.00 USD for shipping. 

Return Policy:

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns and/or exchanges at the moment. All sales are FINAL! To limit returns and exchanges please be sure to read the product specs and lastly double check your order to be sure everything is correct.

However, if there is an error on our end, a refund will be considered after thorough investigation. *Only if the mistake is made by us.*


I've received my confirmation # but still haven't received my tracking #?

-All orders usually take 1-3 business days to process. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with the valid tracking number. No worries :)

I've received my tracking # but there is no information about my order?

-All tracking numbers usually take about 24-48 hours to be updated with current information about your order with USPS. Give it some time then try again. 

If there is an item listed that isn't compatible with your phone type that you would like to order specifically for your phone, please email us at: [email protected] and we will try our best to get you the item for your phone type. Our customers satisfaction is our top priority.
